📦 Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may extend by an additional 1–3 business days.

Pre-Orders: Please note that pre-order items are excluded from standard processing times. Shipping for pre-orders will begin according to the date advertised at the time of purchase.
🗓 Pre-Orders

Pre-order dates represent the estimated start of shipping. Please allow additional time for order processing once shipping begins.

If you place an order containing both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item(s) are ready.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Pre-orders are specially reserved and therefore cannot be canceled once placed.

If there are any significant changes to the advertised shipping timeline, we will notify you by email.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping options (if available) will be shown at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
🌍 International Shipping

At this time, INT.&EXT. ships only within the United States.

📨 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📦 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
🔒 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been shipped, INT.&EXT. is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@int-andext.comwith a photo of the item(s). We will work with you to make it right.
