Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with INT.&EXT. We are committed to delivering your order with care and excellence. Please review our policy below.


📦 Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may extend by an additional 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-Orders: Please note that pre-order items are excluded from standard processing times. Shipping for pre-orders will begin according to the date advertised at the time of purchase.


🗓 Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order dates represent the estimated start of shipping. Please allow additional time for order processing once shipping begins.

  • If you place an order containing both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item(s) are ready.

    • To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

  • Pre-orders are specially reserved and therefore cannot be canceled once placed.

  • If there are any significant changes to the advertised shipping timeline, we will notify you by email.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping options (if available) will be shown at checkout.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.


🌍 International Shipping

  • At this time, INT.&EXT. ships only within the United States.
    (If we expand in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.)


📨 Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


📦 Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


🔒 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your package has been shipped, INT.&EXT. is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@int-andext.comwith a photo of the item(s). We will work with you to make it right.
