Return & Replacement Policy
We have a 7-day window in place, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item or after your item was marked delivered to notify us of any issues. Please note: all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of personal care products.
The only exceptions are if your item is:

Defective upon arrival
In these cases, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. To request one, please email us at support@int-andext.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
